气力输送废轮胎颗粒的实验研究和数值模拟

摘    要:本文研究了废轮胎颗粒输送过程中固气比的影响因素。在轮胎颗粒输送过程中,载气流量,给料速度,轮胎颗粒大小,管径等对固气比皆有不同程度的影响。并将实验数据与数值模拟结果进行比较,两者较吻合并对实验数据进行了优化。研究结果能为工程设计和应用提供可靠的依据。

Experiment Study and Numerical Simulation of Pneumatic Conveying Used Tire Grain

Abstract:Influence of carrying gas on solid/gas ratio in pneumatic conveying of waste granulated tire was conducted. The result shows that in the pneumatic conveying rate of carrying gas speed, feeding material speed, grain size,pipe diameter etc. all have varying degree influence on the solid/gas ratio process. The results of experimental data and numerical simulation are compared, and tallied with each other. The research result can provides the reliable basis for engineering design and application.
