超细晶螺纹钢生产线改造及工艺实验

为了节约能源，不增加生产成本，使钢材的综合性能大幅度提高，同时结合济钢棒材生产线现有设备、生产节奏和技改资金情况，在现有的棒材连轧生产线上，经第一步（中、精轧机、冷却及自控系统等）改造后的生产证明，用普通碳锰钢，少用或完全不用微合金，通过细晶强化和相变强化生产Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级钢筋，达到降低成本，提高附加值目标，为全面实现超细晶螺纹钢生产作了必要准备。经第二步（粗轧机等）改造实施后，按超细晶工艺组织生产，用普通碳锰钢，少用或完全不用微合金生产Ⅲ级钢筋和Ⅳ级钢筋，全面实现超细晶螺纹钢生产。

Improvement and Process Experiment Research on Production Line of Ultra-fine Grain Screw-Thread Steel

For reducing consumption of energy without increasing cost of production, improving comprehensive properties, according to the equipment and technical renovation fund condition in Jinan iron and steel Ltd production line, the first step is innovation of middle or finishing mill, cooling and control systems, etc. Then, Ⅱ level and Ⅲ level reinforced bar is produced at lower cost and higher added value through transformation strengthening and fine grain strengthening using average carbon manganese steel with little or without microalloy element. After the second step innovation, such as rough mill reform, Ⅲ level and Ⅳ level reinforced bar is made when the production process is organized according to the technology of ultra-fine grain technology.
