2009年前5个月重点企业炼铁几项指标分析

摘    要:2009年前5个月重点钢铁企业炼铁生产扭转了2008年生产指标下滑的趋势。全国重点钢铁企业高炉燃料比为518kg/t,比上年下降14kg/t,入炉焦比为374kg/t,比上年下降22kg/t,喷煤比为144kg/t,热风温度为1158℃等指标均创出历史最好水平。高炉炼铁原燃料供应和质量的改善,是高炉技术改善的主要因素;高炉操作从粗放式转变为精细化,也促进了炼铁技术的进步。目前,中国炼铁技术发展不平衡,是先进与落后共存阶段,尚有年生产能力7500万t的落后小高炉存在,要加快淘汰落后装备的进程,以促进节能减排工作的深入开展,向炼铁强国迈进。

Abstract:The trend of decreasing production has been reversed in the key enterprises in the first five months of 2009 comparing to 2008 through improving the iron-making production. Several parameters created the best level in history in the key iron and steel enterprises, fuel ratio is 518 kg/t which decreased 14 kg/t than last year, cock ratio into the furnace is 374 kg/t, it decreased 22 kg/t than last year, coal ratio is 144 kg/t and hot blast temperature is 1 158 ℃. The iron-making technique has been progressed by improving the supply and quality of raw fuel materials, the conversion from extensive to elaborate preparation also improved the technique. In present, there are some blast furnace with production of 7 500 million t per one year because of the disparate development of technique and in the coexistence of advanced and backward. So in order to make China to become an iron-making powerful country and improve the energy saving and emission reduction, we must eliminate the old equipment as soon as possible.
