ZSD顶燃式热风炉烧嘴改造的模拟研究与应用

摘    要:济钢高炉ZSD顶燃式热风炉炉顶经常开裂,影响到热风炉的寿命。采用数值计算的方法,对济钢ZSD式热风炉燃烧过程进行模拟研究,发现ZSD式热风炉烧嘴设计存在气流和温度分布不均匀缺陷。据此,对ZSD式热风炉烧嘴结构进行了优化改造,改造后燃烧室内高温气流与温度分布比较均匀,提高了热效率,保护炉壁,延长热风炉使用寿命。

Abstract:The roof of ZSD hot-blast stove in Jigang often crazes in combustion process. This influences the useful life of stove directly. The combustion process of ZSD hot-blast stove in Jigang was studied by using numerical simulation method. It was found that gas and temperature distribution in ZSD hot-blast stove was not uniform. So, burner structure in ZSD hot-blast stove was reformed. Gas and temperature distribution is uniform after burner reformation. The thermal efficiency is increased, and the stove wall is protected, and the useful life of stove is prolonged.
