A36钢连铸过程洁净度研究

摘    要:文章主要分析了A36钢从LF出站到连铸结束钢水洁净度的变化。结果表明,钢水N]、H]和T.O含量从大包到中包开浇过程含量增加最多,分别为17×10-6、1.5×10-6和7×10-6。连铸期间小样电解夹杂物总量没有变化,总量为98×10-6。大样电解夹杂物总量表明,中间包钢水有卷渣现象。

Abstract:This paper analyses the variation of the cleanliness of A36 steel during the out of LF to the end of continuous casting. The results show that the N] ,H] and TO] content of A36 steel increased most during ladle to the casting beginning, up to 17 ×10^-6 , 1.5 ×10^-6 and 7×10^-6. During the period of slab continuous casting, the total amount of inclusions is nearly no change, up to 98×10^-6. The results of the total amount of large inclusion show that there is slag-entrapment in the molten steel in tundish.
