| 摘 要： | 热风炉故障造成高炉休风对生产指标的影响损失很大，西钢集团炼铁厂针对超期服役的热风炉拱顶破损严重的实际情况，经过策划分析，为保证高炉正常生产有序进行，尝试在高炉不休风的情况下对热风炉进行修复，取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Failures of hot-blast stoves make great effect on the productivity indexes, and bring many losses to the production. Considering the realistic situation of the arch roof of the hot-blast stove dilapidated badly because of overserviced application, Ironmaking Plant of Xilin Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd. repaird the hot-blast stove without blowing-down so as to guarantee blast burnace to produce regularly, and gained a satisfied result. |
