摘    要:运用生命周期成本法分析了首钢京唐钢铁公司某敞开式净循环水系统的生命周期成本。对该系统在运行过程中涉及的各项成本进行量化分析,并且随季节变化而改变系统边界条件,从而得出不同的浓缩倍数的优化结果。企业可由此借鉴开式循环水系统的优化设计、运行及改造。

Abstract:Life cycle cost method was used to analysis the life cycle cost of one opening cooling water circulation system in Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Corporation. This model quantifies all kinds of costs in system operation and can produce optimized concentration rates by modifying parameters based on practical situations of different seasons. Therefore, it can be used as guideline for the optimization of designing, operation and improvement of opening cooling water circulation system.
