摘    要:通过添加Fe2O3微粉的方法,研究了Fe2O3微粉对MgO CaO系耐火材料烧结性能和抗水化性能的影响。试验结果表明,添加Fe2O3微粉可以有效地促进MgO CaO系耐火材料的烧结,抑制其水化速度。当Fe2O3的添加量在0~3%时,随着Fe2O3添加量的增加,耐火材料试样的体积密度先增加后减小,显气孔率则先减小后增加,且两者均在Fe2O3为1%处出现极值。当Fe2O3的添加量在02%~05%的范围时,耐火材料试样的显气孔率和体积密度变化最明显。当Fe2O3添加量为1%时,将试样在温度为60 ℃、相对湿度为75%的条件下水化144 h后,其粉化率仅为146%。

Abstract:By adding fine Fe2O3 powder, the effect of the Fe2O3 addition on the properties of sintering and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO refractories was investigated. The results showed that the sintering property of the MgO- CaO refractories could be promoted dramatically, and the hydration of the MgO-CaO refractories could be inhibited. When increasing the Fe2O3 amount from 0 to 3%, the bulk density of the MgO-CaO refractories increased first and then decreased, the apparent porosity gained a sharp decrease and then increased by contraries. They both had extreme values when the Fe2O3 addition was 1%. The bulk density and apparent porosity changed obviously when the Fe2O3 addition was between 0.2% and 0.5 %. The chalked ratio of the MgO-CaO samples added with 1% Fe2O3 was only 1.46% when hydrated at 60℃ (relative moisture 75%) for 144 h.
