脂肪酰基氨基酸在矿物润滑油中的摩擦磨损特性

摘    要:通过摩擦磨损试验研究了月桂酰基谷氨酸、月桂酰基甘氨酸和月桂酰基丙氨酸对HVI350矿物润滑油摩擦磨损性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了磨斑表面形貌和表面膜化学特征。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,三种脂肪酰基氨基酸均可改善矿物润滑油的抗磨减摩性能,其抗磨减摩机制是氨基酸在摩擦表面形成具有抗磨减摩作用的吸附膜和摩擦化学反应膜。

Abstract:Effects of lauroyl glutamine,lauroyl glycine and lauroyl alanine on the friction and wear characteristics of HVI 350 mineral lubricating oil were evaluated by using a four-ball friction tester.The topographies and chemical features of the worn surfaces were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),respectively.Results indicated that the fatty acyl amino acids effectively improved anti-wear and friction-reducing abilities of HVI 350 lubricating oil.Improvement o...
