| 摘 要： | 目前,移动通信多标准、多协议的并存,以及市场竞争的压力,使得越来越多的设备厂商开始选用性价比更高、扩展性更强的模块化仪器来取代传统台式仪器,由此也对模块化仪器的校准服务提出了大量的需求.本文系统地研究了PXI总线类型射频模块化仪器的校准方法,论述了该类仪器的控制机理和校准程序开发流程.以Aeroflex公司的PXI-3025射频信号发生器模块为例,论述了其具体校准方法,并对其测量不确定度进行了评定.
