基于Moldflow和DOE技术的翘曲变形工艺优化

摘    要:采用CAE模拟软件Moldflow结合DOE试验技术对开关上盖进行了填充、保压、冷却以及翘曲的模拟分析,研究了模具温度、熔体温度,保压压力和保压时间等不同成形工艺参数对翘曲指标的影响,通过对试验结果运用极差和方差进行分析,在试验范围内获得最佳成形工艺参数组合.

Abstract:This paper adopts CAE simulation software Moldflow combining DOE test technology outside the filling,shut cover pressure-keeping,cooling and warpage of the simulation,the paper studies the mould temperature,melt temperature,holding pressure and pressure-keeping time and so on the different molding process parameters on the influence of warping index,based on test results using poor and variance analysis,in the test range won best molding process parameter combination
