摘    要:一种高光注塑模具在模芯内设有电加热件,在模芯上设有隔热槽,同时在模具主体与模芯之间设有隔热板,使其在实现高光注塑的同时,大幅地降低了能耗.该工艺方法的设计研究,具有显著的科研和工程实用价值.

Abstract:A high gloss injection molding,in mold core equipped with electric heating components,in the mold core with insulation on the tank,while the main body in the mold and the mold core with insulation between the plates,to achieve high optical injection in At the same time,greatly reduce energy consumption.This method and technology is useful in the practical production.
