微细电火花电极反拷间隙状态识别研究

摘    要:针对微细电火花间隙状态的准确识别问题,通过对电极反拷实验中电压波形的分析,得出了间隙电压波形具有一定频谱特征的结论,提出了间隙状态频谱特征识别的思想,建立了间隙状态频谱分析的方法.利用FFT算法编写了识别程序,通过MATLAB仿真和联机调试,实现了电极转速与伺服特性的准确识别.实验证明,该识别方法对微小孔加工间隙状态的...

Abstract:In this paper the problem of accurate gap state recognition in micro-EDM is discussed.Firstly the voltage waveforms in the electrode anti-copy experiment are analyzed,which indicates these voltage waveforms are of different spectral characteristics.Then the idea of spectrum feature recognition for gap state is stimulated by the analysis results and the spectral analysis method of gap state is proposed.To realize the idea by programming,the FFT algorithm is used.Through MATLAB simulations and debug on-line,a...
