再生桑蚕丝素/醋酸纤维素共混纳米纤维的制备和性能

摘    要:采用静电纺丝法以三氟乙酸(TFA)为溶剂制备再生桑蚕丝素(RSF)/醋酸纤维素(CA)共混纳米纤维。通过扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分别研究不同CA添加量SF/CA共混纤维毡的微观形貌,晶体结构及表面化学性质。结果表明:SF中CA添加量小于10%,共混体系静电纺得到的纤维宏观上呈现均一形貌,但纤维直径变粗;当CA添加量大于20%时,SF与CA两者分相,所得纤维的直径分布加宽,并出现两极分化现象。XPS测试结果显示SF/CA共混纳米纤维中CA的"C"元素的特征峰消失,287.8eV和285.0eV处C1s的峰转化为285.0eV处的窄峰。共混后纤维力学性能明显改善。
