锡盐着色膜颜色与氧化膜中Sn含量的关系

摘    要:对锡盐电解着色膜的颜色深浅与氧化膜中Sn含量两者之间的关系进行了研究。此外还探讨了锡盐电解着色液中镍离子和亚铁离子在电解着色过程中所起的作用。

Abstract:The variation of color of Sn-salt electrolytic coloring oxlde film with the Sn-content in the oxide film is studied. The role of Ni2+ and Fe2+ in the mixed salt electrolytic coloring process is discussed. In the experiment the color of the oxide film was determined by using Coloring Difference Meter. The Sn-content in the oxide film was determined by using chemical analysis method. The Ni-content and Fe-content in the oxide film were determined by using TN-5500 X-ray Energy Spectrum Meter. The Results show that the color of the oxide film darkens gradually with the Sn-content in the oxide film increasing, but their relation isn't a simple linear rule. in the Mixed Salts electrolytic coloring process, codeposition of Ni2+, Fe2+ with Sn2+ can occur, but H2SO4 concentration and SnSO4 concentration in the electrolyte have a great effect on the Ni-content and Fe-content in the oxide film.
