方波交流高频焊接电源

摘    要:本文介绍采用功率场效应管和逆变技术设计研制的方波交流高频发生装置。将晶闸管直流焊机与方波交流高频发生装置组合,构成方波交流高频焊接电源。在没有稳弧装置的情况下,分别对薄钢板手工焊(MMA)和薄铝板TIG焊进行焊接实验,在很小的焊接电流(14A)下,方波交流高频焊接电弧燃烧稳定,能满足薄板焊接的要求。

Abstract:A square-wave AC high-frequency generator designed and researched with power MOSFET and inversed technology is introduced. A square-wave AC high-frequency welding power source is composed of the square-wave AC high-frequency generator and DC welding machine controlled by thyristor. The welding tests show that without any arc stabilizer and with a very small welding current(14A), the square-wave AC high-frequency arcs still burned stably, therefor the power supply can be used for MMA welding of thin mild steel plates and TIG welding of thin aluminium plates.
