| 摘 要： | 全面地介绍了当前国内外配电网优化规划的研究现状。对配电网规划模型从时间、物理结构、经济性、可靠性4个方面进行分类研究，并归结为从输入或输出角度进行考虑的两大类模型；将优化方法分为经典数学方法和启发式方法等类别。其中现代启发式算法若对线路进行编码计算，通常需要对网络的辐射性、连通性进行检验及修复，从而影响算法效率，指出可考虑采用树型结构编码进行计算。最后介绍了配电网规划研究中已出现及可能会出现的如：基于接线模式的配电网规划，中压配电网电压等级过渡等5方面课题。
