| 摘 要： | 世界塑料总产量已超过17亿吨．城市固体废弃物中塑料的质量分数已超过10％，发展可降解塑科能减少白色污染，具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。本文重点阐述了可降解塑辩国外研发和生产的近况，以及可降解塑料在我国的发展现状和展望。

| Abstract: | The plastic material total outputs in world have overtake 1.7 hundred million tonnes.The plastic material's mass fraction number has overtake 10%in the solid body discarded object of town.Developing the degradable plastic material will be able to decrease the white pollution and will create marked economic results and the social beneficial result.The degradable plastics research and manufacture status in the world,along with the degradable plastics developing actualities and the prospect in our country are presented. |
