摘    要:针对目前电网继电保护整定计算相应的软件对电网故障分析数据创建输入较繁、定值计算不准确、定值校验方法不全面、继电保护管理流程控制功能不完善等缺点,提出了一种新的基于电网资源模型和图形工具的智能继电保护整定计算软件系统。阐述了电网资源模型,引入了图形工具,开发和实现了集工作流程平台控制、一体化控制、整定计算、故障计算、系统仿真、人事资源的灵活使用、整定单流程化管理等功能于一体的电网智能继电保护整定计算软件系统。应用结果验证了该系统应用于电力网时,软件运行稳定性优,安全可靠性佳,开发智能性高,通用性好,最小化用户维护工作量小,用户操作简单;表明采用该系统可以大大提高对保护定值单进行流程下发管理,必将成为电力网继电保护整定计算未来的发展方向。

A Intelligent Relay Protection Setting Software System Based on Grid Resource Models and Graphics Tools
Abstract:In view of defect s that at present,for power grid relay setting software, the fault analysis data of elect power system to be created to input is more complex, setting value will be inaccurate, methods of checking to valuat are not fully,the management process control function of relay protection is imperfect etc.A intelligent relay protection setting software system based on grid resource models and graphics tools is put forward.grid resource models are expounded, graphics tools are drawn into. A intelligent grid relay protection setting software system has been developed and implemented, which has a variety of practical functions of workflow platform control , integrated control, setting, fault calculation, system simulation, flexible use of personnel resources, process management of setting orders , etc.the results of application show that a strong point of good stability of software, Excellent safety and reliability, strong intelligence of development, good in common use , small workloads of users' minimizing and simple operation when this system is applied in the electric power system , It manifests that the use of the system can greatly improved process issued management of
protection setting value, it must become developing direction in grid relay protection setting.
