| 摘 要： | 针对轴颈和轴身直径相差很大的焊接试验转子,采用两次镦粗+两次FM法拔长的压实工艺和上下漏盘镦粗的成形方法,成功锻造出尺寸和形状符合要求的锻件毛坯。

| Abstract: | Aiming at welding test rotor which diameters of journal and axle body have large difference, it can be applied the compaction technology of two times upsetting and two times FM method drawing, and the forming method of up-and-down drain plate upsetting to manufacture the forging blank successfully which dimension and shape meet re- quirement. |
