| 摘 要： | 介绍磷酸料浆过滤操作和基本要点及3种(带式、翻盘式、转台式)过滤机的优缺点,比较3种过滤机过滤前后磷酸P2O5浓度变化值(降低值)分别为0.37%、2.04%、1.48%。并提出了优化过滤操作的可行性建议。

| Abstract: | The slurry filtration in wet process phosphoric acid production is discussed and 3 kinds of filters (belt, disk and rotary) and their merits and demerits are described. The concentration difference (lowered) of phosphoric acid through 3 kind of filters are 0.37%, 2.04% and 1.48%, respectively. And some feasible suggestions for optimal operation in filtration are put forward. |
