摘    要:新型干法水泥生产控制中的操作参数是是合理,取决于热工制度是否优化。优化的热工制度能够为生料发生物理化学变化提供一个合理的热力分布场,从而确保窑系统高的产量和低的热耗。实践证明,建立一套与生产线、原燃料品质和操作管理水平相适应的最佳热工制度,是窑系统增产节能的关键。

Discussion on optimization of pyrological institution with production increase and energy saving for kiln system

Abstract:Whether the operational parameters for PC kiln production are reasonable or not depending on whether the pyrological institution has been optimized. Optimized pyrological institution can offer a reasonable pyrological fieid for physical and chemical actions occurred in raw meal, ensuringhigh productivity and low energy consumption to kiln system. Practices tell us, to establish an optimized pyrological institution suited to production line, raw materials properties, fuel quality and operational management level is the key point for production increase with energy saving to kiln system.
