酒店厨房通风系统存在的问题及设计改进措施

摘    要:分析了目前大多数酒店厨房通风空调系统普遍存在的问题,阐述了酒店厨房采用局部送风加全面通风及选用直接蒸发式降温换气机作为厨房降温换气设备的设计方案,并提出了目前排风管道的设计普遍存在的安全隐患及解决的措施。

Abstract:The common problems of the air conditioning ventilation system in most of hotel kitchens are analyzed.The design of partial air supply,overall ventilation in hotel kitchens and choosing direct evaporative cooling switch-fan as the kitchen cooling air-exchanging device is elaborated.Some common safety problems in current exhausting pipeline design and their solutions are put forward.
