水电站水库分期调度图研究

摘    要:为提高水电站水库发电效益,本文初步提出了一种适应水电站水库不同时期出力特点的分期调度图。首先,阐述水电站分期调度图的基本原理和绘制方法;其次,确定流域水文年起止时间,划分流域丰水期和枯水期;再次,建立梯级水电站发电量最大模型;最后,以大通河梯级水电站调度为例验证分期调度图的合理性。应用表明:分期调度优于常规调度图,可为水电站水库调度提供一条新思路。

Abstract:To increase power output of hydropower plants, a staged operation chart is presented in this paper to better represent the output capabilities in different seasons. We elaborate a basic principle and drawing method of the staged chart, and determine the hydrologic year, high-flow season, and low-flow season of the study catchment. Then, an optimal operation model is developed to maximize the total power output of the cascaded hydropower plants. Finally, we test this chart method via a case study of the cascaded plants on the Datong River. Results show that the staged operation chart is better than the routine operation chart and could provide a new way for the operation of hydropower plants.
