纳米金刚石微粉热浸渗技术对金属材料耐磨性能的影响

摘    要:分别对两种材料的试样进行渗碳、渗纳米金刚石处理,发现渗纳米金刚石处理的试样比渗碳处理的试样硬度可提高7%和11%.利用T—11摩擦磨损试验机分别对其进行耐磨性能的测试后发现,通过纳米金刚石微粉热浸渗处理的试样比渗碳处理的试样耐磨性能提高得多.对其金相分析,发现钢材经纳米金刚石微粉热浸渗后出现了现在还不知名的新相和新的铁基合金.纳米金刚石微粉热浸渗技术提高了金属材料的硬度和耐磨性能,为易磨损零件的使用寿命的延长提供了一条可靠的途径.

Abstract:Two kinds of materials are separately treated by oozing carburizing and oozing nanometer diamond.It's found that the hardness of the specimen treated by oozing nanometer diamond technique can be raised 7% and 11% separately than that of specimen treated by oozing carburizing technique.The T-11 fricton and wear testing machine is employed to test the wear-resisting performance.It indicates that the specimen treated by oozing nanometer diamond technique can raise the wear-resistance.The metallographic observation indicates that some new phases and iron-based alloys appear.The oozing nanometer diamond technique can improve the hardness and wear-resistance of metallic materials,and it provides a new reliable way for raising the service life of materials.
