摘    要:针对复混肥生产中磷素活性退化与酸碱度的变异,通过实验研究不同碳酸氢铵添加量、不同反应温度和不同反应时长对磷素活性和pH值的影响。研究结果表明:生产中控制反应温度在90℃左右、反应时长小于40min条件下,控制磷酸一铵和碳酸氢铵添加量的质量比为5:1左右,反应产物pH值在中性左右,能有效防止磷素退化,提高复混肥中磷素活性。

Abstract:An experiment is conducted to study the effects of ammonium bicarbonate on the phosphorus activity in MAP for compound fertilizer production. The results show that under the conditions, such as reaction temperature of 90℃, the reaction time of less than 40min, the ratio between MAP and ABC 5:I and the neutral pH, the degradation of phosphorus can be inhibited.
