摘    要:在硅磷酸铝反应物凝胶中采用引入钯盐共晶化的方法,一步合成了PdSAPO-5分子筛。通过不同温度的水热处理来对分子筛材料进行改性,用扫描电子显微镜观察处理前后样品的晶形变化,用EDS分析不同晶粒上的元素组成。

Abstract:SAPO 5 molecular sieve was synthesized by cocrystallizing palladium salt and a gel mixture of silicoaluminophosphate to prepare PdSAPO 5 catalyst. The synthesized product was then treated with hydrothermal steam. The morphology of the molecular sieve was observed by SEM while the chemical composition was measured by EDS. The experimental results suggest that the content of palladium salt added to the mixture does not change the structure of the product, but makes the particles exist in different shapes. Hydrothermal treatment causes the product to suffer a process of reconstructure and the particles to become even in morphology after steam treatment, which is due to the redistribution of silicon atoms among the particles.
