俄罗斯油气输送用钢管标准与国内常用标准对比分析

介绍了目前中国、欧美和俄罗斯常用油气输送钢管标准的使用情况及其发展趋势。我国油气输送钢管国家标准等效采用了国际标准化组织的ISO 3183标准，基本等同于欧美标准，而俄罗斯标准自成体系，和欧美标准有较大的差异。随着我国与俄罗斯、里海地区国家能源合作的深入开展，了解中俄两国油气输送钢管标准的使用情况及其差异，对于我国参与国际管线技术标准的制定和钢管生产都有十分重要的意义。

Contrastive Analysis Between Standard of Steel Pipe Used for Petroleum and Nature Gas Transmission in Russia and Common Standard in China

This article introduces the using condition and developing trend of common standards of steel pipe used for petroleum and nature gas transmission in China,Euramerica and Russia. In China, the standard of steel pipe used for petroleum & nature transmission is equivalent to ISO 3183 standard,and also equivalent to the Euramerican standard,however,the standard of Russia is itself systematic,and have great difference with Euramerican standard. With the further expanded of energy cooperation among China,Russia and the countries of Caspian Sea area,it is very important for participating in the establishment of technique standard of international pipeline and production of steel pipe to learn about the standard of service condition and difference of oil gas transport steel pipe in Russia and in China.
