| 摘 要： | 对变螺距螺纹的成形原理进行了分析。在对普通机床进行改造的基础上,设计出了全新的变距加工装置。用附加有该变螺距螺纹加工装置的普通车床,可以十分方便地加工出符合质量技术要求的变螺距螺纹螺杆。

| Abstract: | A theoretical analysis of the varying pitch screw in mathematics,physics and shaping principle was presented.Based on the reforming of ordinary machine tool,a new machining device for varying pitch screw was obtained.The reformed lathe can machine the varying pitch screw bolt according to the require of quality and technology. |
