| 摘 要： | 采用"瞬间稳态"法计算恒回流比多组分间歇精馏过程.提出操作初始态馏出液组成的设定依据,减少回流比和理论板数设计的盲目性.程序完善多组分间歇精馏回流比和理论板数的计算方法,简化馏出液瞬间组成、平均组成及釜残液瞬间组成的计算过程.

| Abstract: | The algorithm based on"instantaneous-steady-state"was applied to the calculation of the batch distillation of multi-compo- nents under constant reflux ratio.The paper gave the design based on initial compositions of distillate liquid,which may reduce design blindness of reflux ratio and theoretical plates.The process improved the algorithm of reflux ratio and theoretical plates and simplified calculations of distillate composition of initial operation,the instantaneous compositions of distillate liquid and tank reminder liquid and the average composition of distillate liquid. |
