孤岛油田聚合物驱油井防偏磨技术

摘    要:孤岛油田自1992年开始工业化聚合物驱开发以来,随聚合物的突破,油井见聚浓度升高,部分油井杆、管偏磨严重,偏磨较严重的油井有108口,平均免修期仅有203 d,造成油井频繁作业,严重影响了注聚开发效果。为此开展了聚合物驱油井偏磨机理研究、防偏磨技术室内研究和现场试验,设计应用了3种防偏磨工艺管柱,有效解决了油井的偏磨问题,现场应用56口井,平均延长油井免修期85 d,取得了较好地应用效果。

Abstract:Since industrial production using polymer to drive oil in Gudao Oilfield in 1992 and as the devel- opment of polymer,the density of polymer content is increasing and side wearing become serious,especial- ly in 108 wells and average maintenance being up to 203 days,causing frequent operation.The research work is done for side wearing mechanics,lab research and on site test.Three types of process pipe stems were designed and got result to solve said problems with 56 well tested and 85 day free of maintenance.
