清管作业临时收发球筒的制作

摘    要:为满足西气东输工程对清管作业的要求,分析了购买收发球筒和采用简易封头的利弊,认为购买收发球筒费用高,预定周期长;而采用简易封头对主管道的影响大,安装拆卸时间长。为此,提出自制临时收发球筒。文章介绍了自制临时发球筒的快开和快关结构、密封结构以及收球筒的整体结构设计。实践证明,自制临时收发球筒,操作方便快捷,密封性能良好,比购买两套收发球筒可节约经费157万元人民币;与简易封头相比,不但大大减少了对主管道的影响,而且每遍清管可节约安装拆卸时间4h。

Abstract:The paper describes the mechanics of fast switching and seal of self-made temporary launching chamber, the integrated mechanics design of receival chamber. The operational practice proves the launching and receival chambers have the advantages of facile operation and perfect seal. Compared with simple seal, it reduces significantly the effect on main pipeline, and saves the installation and dismount time of 4 hours for each pigging operation.
