极谱法测定辐射增敏剂的亲电子能力及其与增敏作用的关系

摘    要:采用差示脉冲极谱法测定和比较了新型辐射增敏剂CM、MISO、灭滴灵的半波电位(E_(1/2));结果其E_(1/2)。值大小次序为MISO>CM>灭滴灵;进一步证明了它们的还原能力与其辐射增敏作用密切相关。虽然CM的亲电子能力及其离体辐射增敏作用居中,但其毒性小,有一定的亲肿瘤组织作用,治疗指数高,初步临床结果表明它是一个低毒有效的辐射增敏剂。

Abstract:Using the differential pusle polagraphy, the values of the hafe wave potential (E_(1/2)) of the new radiosensitizer CM, Misonidazole MISO and Metroni- dazole were measured, and also compared under the same condition. The results sho- wed that the magnitude of the E_(1/2), Was as follows: MISO>CM>Metronidazole. The data demonstrates that their reduction ability correlates well with their radiosensitization. Although the electronaffinic potency of CM and its radiosensitization in vitro are in the, middle, CM has properties of tumor-affinity to a certain extent, low toxicity and high therapeutic index, and the preliminary clinical results indicate that CM is a low toxic and efficient radiosensitizer.
