复吹转炉强化冶炼工艺研究

摘    要:通过对国内转炉厂生产状况的统计分析,指出国内小型转炉推广应用强化冶炼技术,取得明显的经济效益。单位容积产能达到大、中型转炉的3~4倍。因此,在国内大、中型转炉上研究开发、推广完善强化冶炼工艺有重要的意义,可取得明显的经济效益。通过分析研究转炉强化冶炼的限制环节和提高冶炼速度的主要技术措施,提出开发完善强化搅拌复合吹炼工艺和炉气分析动态控制技术,是当前国内转炉厂急待推广应用的两项重要技术。

Abstract:Through statistical analysis on the production si tuation of the domestic converter plant, it indicated that the significant benef it has been gained through utilizing the intensified smelting techniques on the small size converters The unit volume productivity could be 3~4 times higher t han that of the middle or large size converters Therefore, it has great potent ial benefit to develop and popularize the intensified smelting techniques on the middle or large size converters Through the analysis of the limiting steps of the intensified smelting technique and the analysis of the main methods on spee ding up the smelting rate, it was proposed that the combined-blowing technique which can intensify stirring and the dynamic off-gas measure control technique are both important techniques which need hurriedly popularize in the domestic co nverter plants
