我国民用建筑能耗宏观研究的进展分析

对目前我国民用建筑能耗的统计、模拟和情景研究方面的研究进展、现状和不足进行了综述,结果表明现有的统计模式、统计口径及统计指标等难以有效指导建筑节能工作,也使得情景研究缺乏数据基础;对建筑模拟评价软件结果的有效性方面也需要加以规范验证,规范化的评价体系尚待建立。基于此提出在我国有效展开建筑能耗的统计、模拟评价和情景分析的方法和途径,构建一个切合实际、可指导实际工作的建筑能耗研究体系。

Macroscopic Research Progress and Analysis of Civil Building Energy Consumption in China

This paper discussed the progress, current situation and shortcomings of the temporary research on energy consumption statistic, simulation and scenario analysis.
