高效轮胎防刺液的研制

摘    要:通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了高效轮胎防刺液合成的最佳工艺条件。高效轮胎防刺液合成的最佳工艺条件为:温度为25℃,压力为常压,搅拌速度为300 r/min,水的用量为300 mL,纤维用量为10 g,乙二醇用量为450 mL,聚醋酸乙烯酯的用量为180 mL。并对高效轮胎防刺液的最佳合成实验条件进行讨论。

Abstract:The best experimental conditions of the super tyre puncture sealant were discussed in this paper. To optimize synthesis conditions for the super tyre puncture sealant, single factor and orthogonal designed experiments were conducted. The best experimental conditions of the super tyre puncture sealant were as follows: reaction temperature was 25℃, reaction pressure was 101kPa,mixing speed was 300 r/min, water was 300 mL, fibre was 10 g, glycol was 450 mL, PvAc was 180 mL.
