扎龙保护区不同生境羊草的抗盐碱性研究

摘    要:以不同浓度的NaCl(0~600 mmol/L)和Na2CO3(0~200 mmol/L)对羊草进行胁迫处理,结果表明:NaCl、Na2CO3处理影响羊草的营养生长以及物质代谢,具体表现为相对生长率随着盐碱浓度的升高而降低;可溶性糖含量呈先降低后升高的趋势;脯氨酸含量随着盐碱度的升高而升高;叶绿素a、b均呈先升高后降低的趋势。不同生境羊草的抗盐碱性为碱土〉沙土〉草甸土。

Abstract:By using different concentration of NaCl ( 0 ~ 600 mmol / L ) and Na2CO3 ( 0 - 200 mmol / L ) for the L. chinensis stress, through the measurement of the growth associated with the relevant physiological indicators. The result shows that: NaCl, Na2CO3treatment have an impact on the L. chinensis vegetative growth and metabolism to different degrees. It shows the relative growth rate decreases with the increase of salinity and soluble sugar content was lower after the first rising trend; the proline increased with the increase of salinity, hlorophyll a, b showed the first increase after the lower trend. The salt tolerance of L. chinensis in different habitats is alkaline soil〉 sand soil〉 meadow soil.
