| 摘 要： | 活塞环是压缩机中的主要易损件之一。针对无油润滑活塞环组的快速失效问题,搭建了测量活塞环组间压力分布的试验台,得到了活塞环组内部各道环载荷分布规律,揭示了各活塞环非均匀磨损失效过程及其主要影响因素。研究结果指出,活塞环开口间隙相同时,无论密封压差及压比大小,各环间压力分布都严重不均,第一道活塞环承受75%以上的压差,这是引起不均匀磨损从而导致快速失效的根源;通过设计不同切口大小的活塞环等措施,可以改善各环间压力分布,使其均匀化,即可使各环磨损均匀,从而提高整个环组寿命;各活塞环并不是同步起作用,需要一定的压差才能使活塞环开始工作;吸气压力增大时最后一道环承受的压差增大,但第一道环仍然承受大部分压差。
