脱皮双低菜籽粕制取复合氨基酸工艺研究

摘    要:该文研究以脱皮双低菜籽粕为原料制备复合氨基酸,通过正交试验确定双低菜籽粕水解最佳工艺是:硫酸浓度15%,固液比(W/V)1∶6,水解时间10 hr;适宜脱色条件为:活性炭浓度2%、脱色温度90℃,脱色时间30 min;复合氨基酸得率为46.65%,纯度为55.91%。

Abstract:Preparation of compound amino acids from denulled rapeseed meal was studied. The optimum condition of hydrolysis found by orthogonal test was: 15% H2SO4, rapeseed meal to solution ratio (weight to volume) 1:6, hydrolyzing time 10hr. The proper decoloring conditions were: 2% activated charcole, decoloring temperature 90℃, decoloring time 30min. In the condition, 46.65% of total rapeseed meal protein was converted into compound amino acids, and the purity of compound amino acids was 55.91%.
