摘    要:阐述了IEC和IEEE国际标准关于电压暂降的测试方法和SARFI等衡量指标,通过分析某发电厂NCS系统出现220 kV母线电压暂降的问题,提出了使用电能质量分析仪和故障录波仪测试分析该现象的方法.

Abstract:This paper describes the test method of voltage dip in international standards of IEC and IEEE and indexes such as SARFI.Through the analysis on a problem of 220 kV bus voltage dip in Network Control System(NCS) of a power plant,it proposes a method of test and analysis using the power quality analyzer and fault recorder.
