| Abstract: | Using DC-MASTER full-digital direct-current controller and S7- 200 hot tube power elements from Siemens, Germany, the improvement of electric drive system of WK-4 shovel used in open-pit mine has been conducted successfully. Besides, the man-machine interfacing and mobile communication are realized. |
