稀土活化重质碳酸钙在农用聚乙烯地膜中的应用研究

摘    要:将稀土活化超细重质碳酸钙应用于吹塑LLDPE地膜中,在适当的添加比例范围内,可保证地膜的机械性能不降低,符合国家标准,且地膜具有良好的开口性,加工性能得到明显改善,并能显著降低能耗。地膜在应用过程中覆盖面积没有减少,透光率未降低,成本降低,具有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The superfine quarried CaCO_3 activated by REC was applied in blown LLDPE mulching film.Within the scope of suitable addition the mechanical properties of the mulching film did not decrease and met the national standards.The mulching film had good openability,obviously improved processability and markedly decreased energy consumption.The covering areas of the mulching film did not reduce,the light transmittance did not lower down,however the cost decreased and good economic benefit could obtain.
