摘    要:用四球机和HQ—1环块实验机考察了一种含琉代氨基甲酸基团的硼酸酯在液体石蜡中的承载能力、减摩和抗磨性能。井考察了其抗腐蚀性和热稳定性。实验结果表明:该添加剂的承载能力和减摩性能与ZDDP的相当,抗磨性能在低于392N时与ZDDP相当,而载荷高于392N时抗磨性能略优于ZDDP;此外该添加剂还具有良好的抗腐蚀性能和热稳定性。采用X射线光电子能谱仪对摩擦表面进行了分析,并探讨了添加剂的抗磨作用机理。

Study of Borate Containing Sulphur and Nitrogen as Novel Multifunctional Oil Additive

Abstract:The load-carrying capacity, friction reduction and antiwear properties of borate containing the R2NC ( =S ) S-group, added in liquid paraffin under boundary lubrication conditions were evaluated using four-ball machine and HQ -1 ring-on -block tribotester. The anticorrosive properties and thermal stability of the novel additive were also examined. The results when compared with those of Zinc butyloctyldithiophosphate ( ZDDP) show that the novel additive possesses an excellent load carrying capacity and friction reduction proper-ty similar to ZDDP, and exhibit better antiwear property than ZDDP above 392 N. Besides that, it has good an-ticorrosive property and high thermal stability. The rubbed surface was investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and the antiwear mechanism was discussed.
