门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构厂房的加固设计

摘    要:门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构的受力模型与实际受力情况比较吻合 ,因而能够在设计中充分利用材料的承载特性 ;同时 ,其安全储备相对较低 ,如果在使用过程中外部荷载或作用发生变化 ,则刚架很容易处于不安全的状态而必须进行加固。通过一个工程实例的加固设计介绍了轻钢结构门式刚架厂房的加固设计方法。

Abstract:A light|gauge steel buildings with portal frames has a lot of merits,such as the reality stress situation being in accord with the state of the calculation.But if the loading applied to the building is different with the case of design or if the structure is weakened for some reasons when used,the stress in beams or columns may be larger than the analyzed value(it is very dangerous),so the structure must be strengthened.This paper discusses some methods to strengthen light|gauge steel factory buildings with portal frames,combining the strengthening design of an actual project.
