压电驱动微滴喷射过程的数学模型

摘    要:通过对压电驱动器的力一位移方程的简化,得到了压电驱动器的受力方程。从质量守恒和能量守恒的角度对腔体内部流体运动情况进行了分析,简化了分析过程。在此基础上,建立了微滴喷射过程的数学模型,得到的计算结果、喷射规律与试验结果基本一致。

Abstract:Through the force-displacement equation of piezoelectric actuator was simplified, the force-displacement equation of piezoelectric actuator was obtained. When the fluid movement is considered, to avoid the complex analysis of the fluid movement in the cavity, the law of mass and energy conservation is employed, which greatly simplifies the analyzing procedure. As a result, the mathematical model of piezoelectric actuated micro-droplet jetting process is built. The calculating results and jetting rules shown by the model are basically according with the practically measured values.
