摘    要:1 前言谐波传动作为一种新型的传动机构,有传动比大、体积小、重量轻、传动精度高和回差小等优点,在机械工程中很多场合取代了传统的刚性齿轮传动。在谐波传动的设计过程中,在满足传动强度的强度下,传动的回差是设计人员十分苛求的一个质量指标,这在传动机构传递精密运动时尤为如此。而在传动回差可控的设计方法中,柔轮壁厚δ的取值是传动回差实现可控的关键一步。

Abstract:This paper carrices out analysis and discussion throught the existing problems of the calcula ting expressions, presently adopted both at home and abroad, for the wall thickness of flexible gear transmission by radial harmonic waves. On the basis of large amount calculations with high speed electronic computer the relatively resonable calculating expressions for the wall thickness of flexible gear are de rived. Thus the necessary condition is created for the application of controllable return difference harmonic wave transmission.
