大厚度自重湿陷性黄土场地孔内深层强夯法的应用研究

摘    要:《孔内深层强夯法技术规程》(CECS197:2006)(DDC工法)已经中国工程建设标准化协会批准使用。本文结合晋西北大厚度Ⅲ级自重湿陷性黄土地区地基处理实例,进行了垫层法、强夯法、预浸水法和挤密法等多种地基处理方案的比较,详细地阐述了DDC工法的作用机理、设计方法、施工工艺及其在大厚度自重湿陷性黄土场地中的应用。分析了某工程中DDC工法未完全消除湿陷性的原因,结果表明:土的含水量和浅层夯击能等参数对地基湿陷性处理效果有着重要影响,并对《孔内深层强夯法技术规程》的有关观点提出了修改意见。

Abstract:The application and working principle of down-hole dynamic compaction(DDC) in ground treatment of thick loess collapsible under overburden pressure is described,compared with cushion,dynamic compaction,earth pile and lime soil pile based on the analysis of a ground treatment project in the northwest of Shanxi Province.The reason of the collapsibility not to be eliminated entirely shows that the dampness of soil and the compaction energy have important influence on the effect of DDC pile in ground treatment of the thick loess,and the relevant viewpoint of Technical Specification for Down-hole Dynamic Compaction is awaited to be adjusted.
