Abstract:In order to explore novel chemical innovative talents training mode and cultivate high-quality,innovative research intellectuals,the undergraduate experimental class of chemistry in Henan University was set up which managed under tutorial system.The reformation and practice in teaching operation and management mechanism,talents training program,teaching content and method were implemented and a new way to the innovative and integrated talents cultivation in chemistry major was proposed.The specific practices were expound,the problems in practice were rationally,and some practical suggestions were proposed.
