摘    要:直接将单相调压模块的输出端与电加热器的输入端相连,PT100把实时检测到的温度值变换为电压信号,输出到AI-818的输入端作为反馈信号.AI-818输出的是0~5 V的连续电压信号,然后去控制单相移相调压模块的输出电压.人工智能调节可使系统实现较为理想的温度控制,适用于化工、石化、火电、制药、冶金等行业.

Abstract:The output of the single-phase voltage regulator module was directly connected to the input of the electric heater. The real-time temperature detected by PT100 was transformed into continuous voltage signal, voltage and was output to AI-818 input as feedback signals. The AI-818 output was signal, and then go to control the output voltage of single-phase phase shifting 0-5 V continuous pressure regulating module. The artificial intelligence adjustment could make the system realize the ideal temperature control. It was suitable for chemical, petrochemical, thermal power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy industry, etc.
