Abstract:Because the traditional industrial fieldbus connections cost is high,and the development cycle is long,this paper designs a kind of economical multi-bus interface embedded industrial gateway,and it can bridge many different fieldbus networks.Through the cutting of TCP/IP protocol stack,and in view of the real-time and reliability requirements of on-site communications,this design achieves the centralizationg of management of different interface devices.Experiment results show that the system not only can satisfy the function of common gateway,bus also is extensible,easy to maintain,economical and practical,having a very big development space.
